PRODUCTS OFFERED
We work closely with local farmers to provide exceptional products delivered fresh to chefs each week. Our products are raised naturally without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.

PORK, LAMB, GOAT, VEAL & RABBIT
Top quality and superior taste are hallmarks of our hormone-free pork, lamb, veal, goat and rabbit. We offer whole animals to maximize the best options for our farmers. Where possible we offer primal cuts to meet more specific needs of chefs.
Pork: suckling pigs, back fat, shoulder, slab bacon, loin and more.
Lamb: leg, shoulder, baby "hot house" lambs, rack, loin and more.

BEEF
The cattle are given ample space to grow naturally without the use of growth hormones and without being fed antibiotics. The cattle are raised on grass and finished on the highest quality grains.

POULTRY, GAME BIRDS & EGGS
As stewards of Vermont's working landscape, our poultry, game birds and egg producers follow sustainable farming practices. Our suppliers raise birds with utmost care, feeding them wholesome grain that is free of antibiotics and animal by-products.

Bufala di Vermont produces fresh and aged cheeses, yogurt and specialty meats. The 100% pure fresh Mozzarella and Ravello use milk from a Vermont herd of water bufala and rivals the best Italian cheeses. The bufala meat is a delicacy known for its fine taste and nutritional profile.
